Ingredia works on improving the well-being of the elderly by studying the functionality and nutritional benefits of micellar casein. According to regulation (EU) n 432/2012. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. Ingredias experts will share results of our study on micellar caseins and their nutritional interest during night fasting period, for elderly people.
