The Online Event Planner is the essential tool to help you maximise your time at Vitafoods Europe.
When using the search functionality you can use the back button in your browser to get back to your previous page.
Click the Event Planner tab above to:
Search for Exhibitors or Presentations; browse by Speakers or by day. Filter Exhibitors by Product Category or Country.
Your Favourites will be added to your personalised Event Plan allowing you to plan your way around the event.
Explore Exhibitors and Presentations and add the ones that matter to your Favourites so you can find them easily afterwards.
Tap on "I want to..." and "Add to My Favourites" to add an Exhibitor or Presentation to your Favourites.
Make the most of your time by scheduling Exhibitors, meetings and Presentations to your Agenda.
Pre-select what you would like to see before you arrive or add them as you go by tapping on the "I want to..." and "Add to my Agenda".
Build your search with the search filters. Click on "Save Search" at the bottom, click the pencil and name your search.
Press ENTER to save and continue navigating or reset your search. To reload your search, click on the name; to delete it, click on the cross.
My Planner contains all your Favourites, Contacts, Agenda and Messages.
Make sure you update your user Profile here to include your business requirements and build better relationships within the Visitor Connect and Distributor Connect Functionality.
See which of your colleagues are visiting and find like-minded attendees by using the visitor-to-visitor connect service. Make contact and arrange to meet at the event.
Visitor Connect is open to pre-registered visitors only who opted into 'Visitor Connect' when they registered for the event.
Distributor Connect is a pre-event business matching tool which enables Distributors to connect with Exhibitors who are actively looking for distribution opportunities.
This two-way connection tool matches the needs of the Distributor and the needs of the Exhibitor to facilitate better business meetings.
Plan your route around the event using the online Hall Layout.
Search for Exhibitors by Product Category, Health Interest or Country.
Choose your favourite Exhibitors and highlight them on your personalised Hall Layout plan.
Print your Event plan or download the event app to seamlessly link your event plan with your phone.
In addition to the Event Planner there is also an Event app which is seamlessly linked. With the Event app you can login and then see all your favourites and agenda items, from the Event Planner, directly on your phone.
Edit on your phone and it shows up on this Event Planner next time you login and vice versa.
You must be registered for Vitafoods Europe to be able to use the full functionality of the Event Planner.
