Effect of Lactium® supplementation on stress levels in healthy volunteers

Ingredia Nutritional will present their new clinical study on Lactium. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Lactium on psycho-social stress in the Trier Social Stress Test (TSST) as well as on chronic stress levels. The study was designed as a double-blind, randomized, monocentral, two-armed clinical trial.
