Nicolas is a Senior Associate in our Regulatory and Administrative Practice Group, based in Brussels. He is also a member of our International Life Sciences and Food & Beverage Sector Groups. Nicolas advises companies from different sectors, including Food & Beverage, on regulatory law relevant to the conduct of business. Nicolas assists on borderline product classification and on regulatory path definition and compliance strategies, notably for innovative forms of food products including novel food and nutraceuticals, and also advises on general food law and labelling requirements.
