Claudia Valla has 15 years of experience in food supplement development. She is the Product Development Adviser for Catalent Pharma Solutions, based in Italy, where she provides the R&D Innovation Group with expertise in scouting, finalizing and promoting opportunities in new product development for the nutritional supplement category. She received her University degree in Food Science and Technologies from “Università del Sacro Cuore” in Piacenza and her Master’s degree in Phytotherapy from the University of Siena.
