The young professional Gerke started his professional career as a quality manager for a nursing home in his home town. He successfully implemented a new quality system and ensured that the company had their certification mark at the end of his second year. Four years later, after a successful second audit and certification, he finished his master thesis Communications and started working as a project manager for the franchise organization Brownies&downieS, a lunchroom where people with a disability work. After successfully guiding three new lunchrooms, one of them was located in Belgium, he started working for Cibdol as a project manager where he will focus on the growth of the company and brand awareness.
