Andrea Zangara

Andrea holds a degree in Clinical Psychology (Italy). His research is focused on emotions and memory at the Human Psychopharmacology Department, University College London (UK). He then worked as Researcher for Cognitive Drug Research (CDR), a leading computerised assessment provider. He joined Northumbria University (UK) as PhD student and Laboratory Manager at the Human Cognitive Neuroscience Unit, researching nutritional and botanical interventions on cognition. He was then R&D Director till 2013 at the Australian natural medicines company Soho Flordis International (SFI), and in the past year Andrea was advisor for Ginsana (Lugano, CH). At present, Andrea has established an international nutraceutical services network. His postgraduate studies include an MSc in Phytotherapy, and foods-medicines interactions modules. He authored and co-authored papers, books and presentations on cognition, nutrition and herbal medicine, and collaborates with the Society for Applied Pharmacological Sciences (Italy), the University of Swinburne (AU) and the Medicinal Plant Research Centre (UK).
