Gilles Jequier is a food engineer who started his career by developing new products for the leading Swiss dairy company Emmi. In the past 12 years, he held marketing and sales positions at Lipofoods (Spain), Lonza (Switzerland) and Organobalance (Germany). In these nutrition companies, he got a broad experience in product and innovation management, regulatory affairs and marketing of branded health ingredients in Asia, the Americas and Europe. Since September 2015, Gilles is Commercial Director at Organobalance, a biotechnology company that is part of Novozymes, the world leader in biological solutions. Gilles holds a Master of Food Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH). In addition, he completed in 2015 a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics (MAS MTEC).
