Nick Green is an Associate in the Bird & Bird LLP Commercial Group, based in London. He advises on a range of commercial contracts focusing on the food and beverage, retail and consumer and technology sectors. Nick has worked with UK and international clients on a wide range of commercial areas, including advising, drafting and negotiating licensing, franchising and distribution agreements and other hybrid growth strategies. He also advises on the supply of products and services, e-commerce terms and software licensing arrangements. He regularly works with lawyers in other jurisdictions to ensure agreements and structures comply with local regulations. Nick's recent project experience includes working as part of a team providing drafting and strategic legal support to a UK fashion company on their international manufacturing and licensing arrangements, and a major retail business on a licensing and e-commerce agreement for several countries across the Middle East.
