Cayetana works in ING Spain as Head of Beyond Banking, leading innovative projects that establish new customer relationships beyond traditional banking products. She also gives lectures as associate professor on Instituto de Empresa and other business schools. Cayetana has a broad international experience as an entrepreneur, developing digital businesses in China, Mexico, Argentina, Chile and USA. Her career started out founding her first company while she was still at university. Then, she fostered Groupalia’s (a deal-of-the-day website) expansion in Latin America, and created the largest specialized business knowledge library with bluebottlebiz (a collaborative knowledge platform that offers the largest business digital library). Before joining ING team, she was Yaap’s CEO (a joint venture between Santander, Caixa and Telefónica) which main business was a P2P payments app. Cayetana graduated in Business Administration and Law in the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE - E3 and she has won several entrepreneurship awards such as “Luis Irisarri”, “Entrepreneurs challenge of IE”.
