Mrs. Caroline Sanders is Director of Oat Nutrition, Oat Ingredients Business Development, at Tate & Lyle. She holds a Master’s degree in Bioscience Engineering from University of Ghent, Belgium. At Tate & Lyle Caroline has held positions as Area Manager Asia and Latin America, Global Product Manager Food Proteins and Solutions, and Global Marketing and Communications Director for the Speciality Food Ingredients division, until in 2013 she joined Tate & Lyle’s newly acquired Oat Ingredients business to focus on expanding the global reach of PromOat® Beta Glucan and PrOatein® Oat Protein.
