As well as his professional career as a lawyer, Enrique Martín has undertaken relevant representative work such as chair of the Alicante Province Business Confederation (CEOE Alicante), of the Business Consultancy Association of the Region of Valencia and of the European Centre for Innovative Companies. He teaches at various universities, such as the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) in which he teaches law to industrial engineering and design students. He is also a faculty member of various business schools such as Fundesem and Luis Vives of the Valencia Chamber of Trade, is Master of Corporate Legal Advice in the Valencia Stock Exchange Studies Foundation and has a Master’s Degree in intellectual property (Magister Lvcentinvs) from the University of Alicante, among others. His speciality is the legal protection of marketing strategies with an emphasis on the institutions for defending competition, advertising and consumer affairs as well as the creation of international business collaboration networks (contracts for distribution, agencies, franchises, etc). He also has great experience in the protection of business intangible assets, whether registerable (industrial and intellectual property) or not, especially business know-how and reputation, this past matter in which he advises artists and renowned trademarks. He frequently sits on boards of directors and R&D committees, legally managing the processes for taking international strategic decisions.
