Patrick has over 25 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, both at EU and international level. Working with a leading food manufacturer for 15 years he is considered to be one of Europe’s leading experts on food law, food supplements and dietetic foods. Prior to joining EAS he led the health claims task force of the European Food Industry Federation FoodDrinkEurope. Patrick is an expert on scientific matters and quality assurance and is advising EAS clients on applications for authorisation, EFSA related issues and regulatory compliance strategies.
