Dr. Hellhammer holds a PhD in psychobiology and has her scientific expertise in measuring stress and stress protective effects of nutrients. In 2006 she established daacro as a full service CRO helping pharma, nutritional and cosmetic companies globally to prove their food, beverage, medical food & supplement health claims. Dr. Hellhammer acts as a consultant and her CRO runs a Saliva Lab and a Study Site performing clinical research, studies and trials. Further main topics of the CRO are Health Prevention, Healthy Aging, Mental Health & Cognitive Function, Sports. Currently, daacro partners in two EU funded research projects: (1) FP7-program together with 13 Universities and (2) Eurostars-program together with 2 French companies.
