Elizabeth Escudero holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology (Politechnic University of Valencia), a Master Degree in Science and Food Engineering as well as a Bachelor Degree in Food Science and a Technical Degree in Agricultural Engineering. She was a researcher at The Instituto de Agroquímica y Tecnología de Alimentos (IATA) that belongs to the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (CSIC).
