This talk will provide attendees with commercially-focused, practical advice on how to successfully engage with a contract manufacturer. It will consider how brands can protect their intellectual property when granting a licence to the manufacturer (though both formal, registered IP rights and by contract), how to make sure the manufacturer delivers the goods on time and according to specification, and what rights and remedies brands should be including in their contracts to protect them in case things go wrong.
